Silkworm Treasures ships wholesale orders from Türkiye to customers around the world. Because orders may vary in quantity, product selection and preparation requirements, shipping arrangements are confirmed for each order.

Order Preparation

The estimated preparation and dispatch time for your order will be provided in your order confirmation or written quotation. Ready-to-ship products and specially prepared orders may have different timelines. Custom production, private-label work and fabric cut or selected to your specifications may require additional time.

If an unexpected issue affects the agreed schedule, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Shipping Costs and Methods

Shipping costs and the available delivery methods depend on the destination, parcel size, weight and the requirements of the order. We will confirm the applicable shipping charge and arrangements before your wholesale order is finalised.

We work with international shipping partners and select a suitable service for the shipment. If tracking is available, we will provide the tracking details after dispatch. An order may be sent in more than one shipment where this has been agreed with you.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery date or transit time we provide is an estimate unless a specific delivery commitment has been expressly agreed in writing. Transit may be affected by the carrier, destination, customs processing, local holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please let us know before confirming your order if delivery is needed by a particular date. We will tell you whether the requested timing is feasible.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges or other fees in the destination country. Your quotation or order confirmation will state any customs or import charges that Silkworm Treasures has expressly agreed to cover.

Unless the agreed order terms state otherwise, the buyer is responsible for charges imposed upon import and for providing any importer information or documents required for customs clearance. These charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are separate from the shipping charge.

If customs paperwork or payment is required, please respond promptly to the carrier or customs authority to help avoid delays or additional charges.

Shipping Details

Please check that the recipient name, business address, telephone number and any required tax or importer details are accurate before confirming the order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but an address or shipment change may not be possible once the parcel has been dispatched.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the buyer may be charged to the buyer, where permitted by applicable law and the agreed order terms.

Damaged, Missing or Delayed Shipments

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery. If the parcel or goods appear damaged, an item is missing, or the contents differ from your confirmed order, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the goods, outer packaging and shipping label where relevant. Please keep the packaging while we review the matter.

If tracking shows an unusual delay or the shipment has not arrived within the expected period, contact us so we can investigate with the shipping provider. We will review delivery issues in line with your order terms, our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
